REDEFINING THE FUTURE OF AGILE WORKPLACES – MOVING WALLS PART OF THE TOP-LEVEL FRAME AWARDS 2020 JURY
On 26 February 2020 the winners of the prestigious Frame Awards 2020 in cooperation with Orgatec were announced. Patrick, our co-founder and member of the board was part of the top-level jury. The topic: The Workplace 2.0, defining the future of the agile workplace. During the two day event prior to the winner announcement, Patrick also hosted a high-intensity workshop on collaborative working using the Moving Walls system.
A field of ten shortlisted entries were presented to the high-calibre jury consisting of Orgatec director Thomas Postert, imm cologne head of interior design Dick Spierenburg, Ippolito Fleitz Group head of product design Tilla Goldberg, Kinzo founder Karim El-Ishmawi and Patric Frick, co-founder of Moving Walls.
Entries to the Frame Awards challenge of redefining the agile workplace covered a wide range of responses, however a few shared threads emerged. A central theme was the need to provide a context that empowers workers by providing the knowledge and agency to adapt their own environment, rather than simply a new furniture system.
